The ground is crossing giving on one side on the desert beach of the peninsula and the other on the mangrove and its arm of sea which separate the domain of the city. This peninsula does not have a road. The access is realized in 4X4 by the beach or by the boat through the arm of sea (pontoons on each bank).
Its residential buildings (villa and semi-detached house) with anti-cyclonic foundations have large roof terraces on the seafront protected from the sun by canvases. Majunga's twilight beachfront show with a bird's eye view of Majunga's scenic bay is unforgettable.
The estate has relaxation areas for each age group (games, badmington, beach volley, hobby cat, eating areas, relaxation etc.). It also has a 4-seater garage, 2 closed and 2 covered for cars, quads, buggies ...
